You need to fill two-thirds of the screen with balls without the bouncing balls stopping you. Each level is a bit tougher because there is an additional bouncing ball added.

Use your mouse to place and size the balls. The longer you hold the mouse button down the larger the ball becomes. The ball will burst if it is hit by one of the bouncing balls.
